The yellow-headed day gecko (''Phelsuma klemmeri'' Seipp, 1991), also called commonly Klemmer's day gecko,〔 is a diurnal species of gecko. It is endemic to northwestern Madagascar and typically inhabits coastal rainforests, dwelling on trees.
